Is Model Y the same as Model 3?

While the two models are very similar, they are not the same. Model Y adopted 75% of the features from Model 3, but it stands on its own as it is bigger and wider dimensions. Other than size, they mainly differ in some features like the lack of touch screen and Android Auto or Apple CarPlay support in Model 3.
